1. Acceptance
By accessing or using WinDebate, you agree to these Terms of Service and any rules or policies that apply to the features you use.
2. AI Training Content
WinDebate uses AI to support debate research, feedback, drills, future sparring, and related training workflows. You understand that:
- AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
- AI output is a training aid, not professional, legal, academic, or authoritative advice.
- You are responsible for verifying citations, evidence, arguments, and strategic claims before using them in competition or publication.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your inputs, account activity, and use of generated outputs. You agree not to use WinDebate to create illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing content, or to bypass usage limits, security controls, or provider restrictions.
4. Accounts, Plans, and Billing
Some features may require an account, an active plan, or available product quota. Billing features are handled through Stripe. Subscription access, renewals, cancellations, trials, and plan limits may depend on the billing state recorded for your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The WinDebate product, interface, code, prompts, rubrics, and training materials belong to their respective owners. Your original speeches, cases, arguments, and research inputs remain your responsibility and may be processed to provide the requested app features.
6. Availability and Changes
WinDebate is provided as an evolving service. Features, limits, providers, plans, and availability may change over time.
7. Disclaimer
WinDebate is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, competitive results, or that generated material will satisfy a judge, coach, school, league, or tournament rule.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WinDebate is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Contact
For questions about these terms, contact WinDebate through the support channels provided in the app or on the website.
